Privacy policy

Our games don't show ads, don't track you, and don't sell your information. We only handle the data a feature needs to work, such as an online account you choose to create.
This policy covers all games and apps published by Flaskk LLC ("Flaskk Studios," "we," "us"), and this website. If a game works differently from what's described here, its store listing will say so.
What we don't collect
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party analytics or tracking tools.
- No location, contacts, photos or microphone access unless a game clearly needs it for a feature and asks you first.
Playing offline
When you play a game without an account, your progress and settings are stored on your device. We can't see them.
In-app purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive your name, card or billing details. We only get confirmation that a purchase happened, so the game can unlock what you bought.
Accounts, cloud saves and online play
Some games may let you create an account to save progress online or play with others. If you choose to, we store:
- An account ID and the display name you pick.
- Your game progress, unlocked items and settings.
- What's needed to run online matches, such as game moves and lobby or invite codes.
If you sign in with Apple, Google or another provider, we receive only the details that provider shares with us, and we use them only to identify your account. We use this information only to run the features you've chosen. We store it with reputable hosting providers that process it on our behalf.
Contacting support
If you email us, we keep your message and email address only as long as needed to help you.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our games, or when the law requires it.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing support@flaskkstudios.com, and where a game offers it, from inside the game. You can also ask what we have stored about you.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
